Security policy and
pricing of goods

Payments are processed
using a secure shopping cart. for more information on the shopping
cart see (Secure cart info).

All order over £10
are shipped free to the UK. All goods priced over £10 are
inclusive of Vat and Post & Packaging. When priced under £10
the price shown includes Vat and then add £1 for postage and
packaging.

If for any reason
goods are incorrectly priced, we will contact you and inform you of
the error.

We will then offer
you the option of cancelling your order or paying the difference.

In the unlike event
that you are under change and you receive the goods, providing you
have paid for them in full you will not be charged the difference.

We prefer take
orders addressed to the card holders address.
Delivery policy
-
Most goods are
delivered using the Royal Mail. You should get an e-mail when we
dispatch your order.

You card is charged
when we have the goods, and the goods are dispatched.

Goods are only
dispatched when you card
has cleared.

You should receive
you goods within 5 days of your card being charged.

We aim the get goods
to you within 7 days, but always allow up to 28 days. (Our average
is around 2 working days for delivery).

If you don't receive
you goods within 28 days will offer you the options of cancelling
your order.

We will dispatch your
goods when will have your full order, unless you specify other wise,
in which case if you have received any discount for multiple orders,
they will be removed.

Remember to gat a
free certificate of postage from your post office!

You must post the
goods with a copy of your receipt and a covering letter.

If the goods are un
faulty they can only be returned if they are: unworn, unwashed,
unused, all hygiene straps in place and not damaged. This is due to
hygiene.

You have 10
working days to decide whether to return un-faulty goods, (from the
Date you received the goods).

If goods are faulty
then return following the return policy.

All valid return will
be offered replacement goods or re-fund.

Your return postage
costs are not refundable except where products are faulty.

Please note that
when swimwear is exposed for chorine or salt water, this damages the
fabric over time. You should rinse after use and always follow the
manufacture guide line for washing.

All UK order
are done using HSBC secure e-payments or Cheque payable in
Pounds Sterling.

If the Value
of your is over £60, you have the option of paying in your own
currency.

Currencies
that are Available are, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar,
Euros, US Dollars and Yen.

This is done
with pay pal services, e-mail payment see
http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk .

To pay in these
currencies, contact info@swimgoods.co.uk
with what you would like to buy, give you a quote, and we will tell
you what to do.

Should Any currency
prove to be popular we will add it to HSBC
e-payment.

Non UK
Orders are charged P&P, see
charts
for postage charges.

If
the Postage cost work out excessively more than quoted we will
contact you and offer to cancel your order if you so wish.

P&P is non
refundable. Except where the goods are faulty.

If there
is any problem shipping to your country we re-serve the
right to cancel your order if need be.

VAT is
removed where not applicable.

order is keep by swimgoods for the sole purpose of your transaction.
Your information will not be past on to any third parts. We will not
contact you, except with regards to your purchase. We may with your
permission E-mail you about products and special offers. If you wish for use
to not do this un-tick the appropriate box in the check out. If you
forget to do this e-mail us at sales@swimgoods.net . With the line
"Please remove me from e-mailing list" or click on the unsubscribe
link in the news letters.
